I am currently in Accenture and working for 12/13 hrs daily. My anxiety has increased a lot and many a times,my mind becomes blank. Even on weekends they are asking us to work ,they are converting 5 weeks of work to 3 weeks and forcing each one of us to extend even further. When I said NO to working on weekends,they are extremely dissatisfied and ignoring the hardwork that I am putting during working hours

If the boss has relevant experience and realistic in expectation from subordinates, and subordinates also has also required and relevant/ qualifications, skills and experience , then work is a pleassure. Inadequate experience of the Executives and Managers who agrees to even very realistic schedules are also bound to experience tension / pressure which cannot be put under too much work. When wrong persons are struggling to do any work , that's hard work and tension is the main product irrespective of the tightness of schedule. Right person is doing work under a wrong person same thing happens. This is the cause of any Occupational Health Hazard.

It's not accounting that you have to pass the entire entries & prepare the financials. - Auditors gives consultancy and opinions. More over they have options to have their own parctice and that too will earn good. So, no need of Job pressure, In Pune hundreds of good opening for CA's, whether fresher or experienced. - See the aggressive behavious of this lady, the same is with most of the CA's , do you think she will die of stress? However, I have full simpathy with the lady who died, and that was bad what happened to her, if she died of stress...

Sundays they need to go to church, distribute Bibles to non believers, have lunch with family in afternoon in church or home, good nap after that. The very fact that EY India Chairman Rajiv Memani offers delayed response and does not even bother to express sorrow and convey condolences to the family shows how inhuman and shameless he is, who can only be described as Pathetic Disgrace to Humanity. It is also very clear that he may have threatened EY Employees not to attend Anna's funeral thats the reason no one from EY attended funeral. The Corporates in India as part of their Social and Community Service should ban EY and teach them a lesson so that in future the employees are not victimised. Mai manati hu kam pressure hota hai, lekin apaka apake colleagues ke sath communication bhi achha hona jaruri hota hai, jab mere boss ka accident hogaya tha tab wo koma ke chale gaye the to muze administration bhi sambhalna pada aise situations se me kam karana padata hai,mai to junior thi lekin mere boss ka vishwas muzpar sabse jyada to senior thi wo bahot torture karane ki koshish karati thi,bad me khud thak gayi, lekin sab aisa bol rahe hai ye nahi karana wo nahi karana health neglect karake nahi chlega ye bhi thik hai agar khud ka office me work load hogaya to kya karenge? Ye sochana bhi jaruri nahi hai, kam to khai bhi chutnewala nahi hai phir dreams, learning, exposure etc sab.kaise hoga, Is case me job politics ka issue use handle karana nhi aya usane jaldi action lene chahiye the wo nahi liye, kuch employees ko ego issue bhi bahot hota hai, ye bhi ek problem hai achhe se enquiry jaruri hai bas

The very fact that EY India Chairman Rajiv Memani offers delayed response and does not even bother to express sorrow and convey condolences to the family shows how inhuman and shameless he is, who can only be described as Pathetic Disgrace to Humanity. It is also very clear that he may have threatened EY Employees not to attend Anna's funeral thats the reason no one from EY attended funeral. The Corporates in India as part of their Social and Community Service should ban EY and teach them a lesson so that in future the employees are not victimised. My deepest sympathy and condolences to Anna's Family and May Her Soul Rest in Eternal Peace
Why others dint attend funeral ??
1. Because other CA s busy in work OR catching on rest.
2 Christian funeral is frightening- after sermons they close lit put coffin below 7 ft and cover with mud or sand. Different from cremation. So other busy employees no attend
