    సార్, పొట్ట భాగం మాత్రమే తగ్గాలి. సీటు, తొడలు తగ్గకూడదు. ఎందుకంటే నాకు సీటు, తొడలు సన్నగా ఉంట్టుంది. అందుకే పొట్ట భాగములో కొవ్వు తగ్గే మార్గం చెప్పండి. అదేవిధంగా సీటు, తొడలు పెరిగే విధానం చెప్పండి సార్.
