Heres a rundown of the context behind the whistles:
1. LNER Postwar 3 chime, the whistle that is the most well known
2. The original 3 chime that most A4s wore during LNER Days. This was originally an american type whistles gifted by the owner of the Romney, hythe & dymchurch railway to Gresley and first used on the LNER P2's
3. South African railway's 5 chime used on 4488 "Union of South Africa" during her LNER service
4. Canadian Pacific 5 Chime used on 4489 "Dominion of Canada" during her LNER service and Preservation
5. Victorian Railways 5 Chime used on 4491 "Commonwealth of Australia" during her LNER service
6. New south wales government railway 5 chime used on 4492 "Dominion of New Zealand" during her LNER service
7. Standard GNR/LNER Bell whistle fitted to the A4s during the war because of fears that their whistle could be mistaken for an air raid siren

Inside the cab of ‘Silver Fox’ ( across all applicable variants) there is a small memorial plaque for my father ( above the fireman’s cab door)

Oliver, honestly this is an amazing pack and totally worth it for the £23 price tag considering the variation and customisablity. The only sad thing is that we aren’t expected to get steam in tsw4 for a while until they figure out how to rework it.
The people at Caledonian works still surprising me with the detail and effort that they put into their projects, amazing!
Also Oliver, idk if you already know, but the person that made the NYC Hudson & the PRR S1 Model is almost done finishing a new model, the Union Pacific 9000, a freight steam loco, you could use it for Strength Challenges & Races when its released, he says its almost done, it even appears on his page but not aviable to download because its not finished, of course
we need a new a4 race, if your pc can handle it! 😃
i thought i would never get any more a4s than the train sim dlc after it got removed from justtrains but now i can get it from caledonia works 🔥🔥
Just to let you know, Thumper will be passing Eastleigh on a Railtour from Tonbridge to Warminster at 18:12 on Saturday, but that means you’ll have to either not see it or reschedule this week’s stream.
It is the flying Scotsman whistle I should know as I recorded it and sent it to Caledonia works for the A3 pack.

Fun fact, whitsle number 5 is a Victorian railways 5 chime from a VR R class.
I agree with exactly what you said, we need a4's for train sim world. the one dlc i've wanted for train sim world the most is an a4 dlc. Whether it's bittern, mallard, union of south africa or one of the others, it would be incredible to have,

The dominion of Canada is still my favorite A4.
Why do you love all the A4s I’ve seen in steam or been on lol (been pulled by union of South Africa and seen sir Nigel gresley in steam)
The silver things on the wheels are the correct size, to the end of Unions mainline career the loco became warn which would’ve made the silvers things look dull and smaller due to them being covered in grime.

Mallards my fav train in the universe
The SNG unfortunately wears a blue too bright however in its in a shadow it has the correct blue

A very nice A4, but the Whistles are a little bit too quiet they could be louder when you compare it to the bell. The same thing with the A3 pack
