The program includes:

12 week Offseason program
4 Phases: Baller foundation, Building the engine, Becoming fast & explosive and Basketball shape
Strength, Power & Speed development
Basketball 6×6 conditioning test included

Developed by Rok Razdevšek, professional Strength & Conditioning Coach for Basketball team Landstede Hammers. In his 10 year career, he trained many high level basketball players (NCAA Division I, top european competitions, youth national teams etc.).
