That's like the absolute opposite of the old "Game Over if Leader dies" shtick. Your allies don't suddenly give up: your death motivates them to try harder instead! x)
I wonder if there's an RPG somewhere where that's an actual mechanic and not some oversight? If only for the silly in-game justification it would use x)
There is actually, unfortunately which exactly it is escapes me but I know I've encountered RPGs where party members can get boosts should the leader be dead.

Its not exact, but in Kingdom Hearts 2 if Sora dies during major boss battles there's a chance to instead of restart the fight: your control swaps over to Mickey who'll revive Sora after either dealing or taking enough damage.

Admittedly, one thing I've never considered is the idea that using a life shroom on your own turn will give your partner an additional turn.

I find it very interesting that you create these wacky scenarios, turning what's supposed to be fights into puzzles with extremely limited solutions.

Long story short, Stryder was accused of abuse, there was numerous he saids/she saids, but he hasn't come back since he was battling mental and physical health issues as of almost 3 years ago.

Just now realizing that I've probably never seen Lava Piranha's phase two attacks since I always just immediately stunlocked him with snowman dolls.
I literally started Phase 2 at 1 HP (No Mega Rush unfortunately) and no healing, won thanks to the snowman dolls.

Oh my god, the Goombario Charge strat! That's how I got past Crystal King when I first played this game as a kid! I've never seen it used by anyone else until now.
Its shows how various was battle system in paper mario.
Years... Years of replaying PM64 and TTYD on a religious basis... And I thought all this time that sprite of Mario after eating the Fire Pop was a photoshop mockup only used for memes and shitposts.
So basically a 2 item combo that has worse value than a single Stone Cap

Hey Koop, I have a challenge for you, play MQ LC again but you're gonna beat the bosses and events and etc. as soon as you can, you'd have to do a lot of further thinking though, think you can do it?
(Also recall that, on the pit of 100 trials, you can return back on the initial pipe at the breakpoints, so you can(it's also rather included on the challenge I propose)finish 10 or 20 floors or etc. and go back to the start, and come back until you can finish more 10 floors than before.)
How long did it take to figure this one out?

No because Partners and Mario have seperate HP. It skips directly to the next phase properly
When i use milti bonk with gombario he do like more that 5 hit or more all the time ??? Then why u say 98% without dodge master that dosent make sence or is because people is so bad with multibonk??? Because when i use it he never fail everytime after that more 100+ time i clear the game
