- I wasn't really sure whether or not to finalize this video - when we were shooting it, the weather was crappy (we shot between patches of heavy rain), the attractions were closed and then Simon injured his foot and we couldn't really get all the footage we wanted. Hence this slightly atypical format, hoping you will still appreciate your weekly portion of Scotland through our lenses!

St Andrews was very chill, definitely worth a visit for the bakery goods alone :)
I took visitors to St Andrews 3 weeks ago, left the hot and sticky west of Scotland to arrive to a famous east coast haar! Luckily for us the sun eventually burned it off and we had blue skies by lunchtime. I have shared your lovely Postcard video as a reminder 😀
This place is on my must-visit list when I get to finally see Scotland!

Ya gotta love the the natural defused light filter from the sky.. St Andrew’s is really nice 👍 yes I would love to visit. Heading to Dublin end of the month so hopefully I can see the dreamy country of Scotland 🏴 next year if we don’t still have to self isolate 🌟
Myself I just don’t like shooting anything around midday - I feel like the strong light washes everything out! But you’re right that if it was sunny AND middle of the day it would probably be even worse!
Great overview of majestic St. Andrews! Took a day off from golf in 2019 to view the city and hit the spa!

You should pop it on your travel list! St Andrews feels like the easiest-to-photograph place I've ever visited in Scotland. Except for maybe Circus Lane but I'd argue nobody needs any more pictures of Circus Lane xD haha
