Wonderful. The choice of repertoire is simply magnificent. The Baroque period is undoubtedly the most nostalgic of all. The quality of the musicians is indisputable. Long live classical music.

I just subscribed after hearing this piece on the CRB radio network (I live in Massachusetts). I especially like the cello solo towards the end of the piece. It’s been quite a while since I’ve listened to Telemann. Very refreshing and captivating.
I thank your organization profoundly: You contribute much to a thing called, "civilization". This reading of an oft-performed concerto is particularly well done--the soloists, superb. Never have I head the valveless trumpet speak so beautifully.
God I love Telemann! Is he the most underrated composer of the baroque? In my opinion...yes! Some critic once said his sin was to have written too much music! Well, he lived a very long life....and much of that music is superb!
The subtlety and inner beauty of how Telemann uses the materialists of music, here, might be lost on the unsophisticated. Still, what an exquisite partnering of melody and form here, Herr Telemann! Herr Frau is both so talented and so handsome a man that his trumpet ought to be compared to Apollo's -- or perhaps, to that of Zeus. Thank you for restoring civilization, Bremer Baroque Orchestra. "You get it." I love you!
Give us a break, you 44 who disliked this performance: if you do not like/love the Baroque Era--tip off was "Telemann", don't listen and give bad marks for beautiful music. With that said, loved this...Ausgezeichnet…….ich hab' alles genoßen!! Vielen Dank!!

This shows how far we've come since. I think your ensemble has achieved the perfect balance between virtuosity and substance; excitement and gravitas! Thanks again, Peter.
Why is Telemann so underrated? The most prolific composer in music history. And he was very famous in Bach's time and very appreciated. And forgotten for centuries. What was the reason?
Outstnding concerto in an outstanding performance, concentrated, passionat with a surprising cello solo in the third movment. Just great and thank you so much!

Wow! no pensé que hubiera una interpretación capaz de estar al nivel de la ya mítica versión de Goebel con F. Immer, pero veo que este conjunto es realmente muy bueno. Enhorabuena!
The composer clearly knew the limitations of a performer on the natural trumpet, limiting the technical effort to the first movement, and accommodating the difficult phrasing with a "warm up" beforehand. 1:20
