    Pullups

    (5-1-5) 30 reps total
    -PART TWO-
    Chinups
    L-Sit Raises
    Split Jumps
    Tricep Extensions
    (5-1-5) 30 reps total

    Thanks bro, been a Barstarzz fan for years. Really helped me with parkour and rock climbing training. The basics are what keep me going, no equipment, no fancy stuff, just pull-ups, push-ups and some running. Salute from Holland 😊

    Must watch for all beginners out there! Even for more experience guys, we are always learning! Remember watching these competitions. Somehow I think that quality of them is not the same anymore.

    Hi Guys! Greetings from Montreal, Canada. This looks really great! I am considering the BTX program. I had a few questions: Are there warm-ups and mobility drills in the workouts? Are there any exercises resembling Back Bridges? Are the BTX vids downloadable, or only streaming online? A few years ago, I followed some of HFK workouts, I liked the way the pushup/ dip and pullup/ dip progressions morphed into muscle-ups and planche pushups- I guess there is the same thing here in BTX?     So these are exercises of his routine or just for beginners? How can I know Im not a beginner anymore? Is it necessary to reach the ideal BMI to start with the most advanced exercises?

      When you can do the whole workout without stopping with ease then you know it's time to progress and use a weight vest like he mentioned.

      Hi man , if You want big and quickly results You need to train hard and explossive , calistenia Is all . Remember this calistenia Is better than lift weights . I'm front Perú i do 100 push UPS on the floor in 1 hour

      monem junior 1-3 minutes

      Rest as little as possible so no rest if you can help it as long as you don't break form
