Master shifu once said to zhen: "you know zhen when we first met i assumed you were nothing more than a liar and a cheat lowest of the low. I see now that there's chance that i was wrong"
And zhen was told: : "well as a good friend once told me it's never too late to do the right thing" in kfp 4 po was tell to zhen at the happy bunny tavern in the battle scene "it's never too late to do the right thing" po actually say that to zhen

This should have been in the movie. I also saw the other video just recently about the pandas being harsh which makes sense but that would suck for Po because since day one everyone Po has met has been rude to him. The idea of people only softening up after meeting Po seems a bit too much. Having the pandas be harsh is a good concept but I like that they choose to make them goofy because they are by nature.

Strange. There are only two deleted scenes and both are essentially simple without any special plot role. Not even one scene with Tai Lung or even that The Chameleon.
usually very important deleted scenes need to be given permission by dreamworks to release unfortunately.
The majhong scene indicates that shifu and zhen interacted more than just the jail and at the end of the movie, and shifu really hated her
