As a European I have to say that this masterpiece meets my expectations about american lifestyle
Some of American lifestyle is more similar to European, some is more like this with a lot of variety in between ;). It's a big country. But I have lived my whole life in South Carolina close to where this was filmed, and my truck certainly has 4x4, lift and mud grips on it. It definitely is a thing, living in any part of the rural US.
I live up in Michigan, we got some dark thick mud here and swamps, got a truck, a dog, a wife, and we live that backroads country life!
