Quality attention to detail at literally every minute area. I wish i couldve played this game so much.
.hack//GU actually came out before the Ultimate Ninja Storm games and had very, very similar music due to it being CyberConnect. Town themes were almost the same thing.
0:40 beautiful man kite will forever be my favorite protagonist out of the entire series. Dont get me wrong i love haseo and tokio etc but idk kite just fits the role so well and he is classic lol
For all those people who are crying about not having a big roster - the game comes free with .hack//The Movie
It's meant as a freebie - so why would you expect a full game?

Sora Kite and Sakuya are two of my favorite characters from dot hack just short of Aura and Morganna.
I may be biased though given Quantum and Beyond the World are the only two I've actually finished thoroughly, even with as much of a dot hack fan as I am.

yeah I guess CC2 really into this kinda music best part is is that it never gets old also its probably easy to notice too the second I started playing .hack g.u. I was hit with a blast of nostalgia from UN2.

question im thinking of geting this game next month but not sure is it easy to get into? can you pick up the fighting style easy? or is it hard to play and have to take time learning each character attacks and etc?

Yeah... Check .hack//GU, CyberConnect have been using that music style and composer for .hack before they used it for Naruto and Asura's Wrath, lol.

No, is just that Haseo attacked after lowering Tokio's health a bit unlike the rest whose specials were made with Tokio at full health

no that kind of Naruto type ost was made for Naruto first way before they made it for the hack series from what i heard since Naruto's first game that cc2 made for the game title was Naruto ultimate ninja 1 w/ came out like 2006 i think and that same year hack came after.. but i could be wrong but i just heard that Naruto had the music first before hack 0_0

Okay, so this is done by the exact same company that composed, animated, constructed the engine to both the .Hack//G.U. trilogy, AND the Narutimate games; in fact, all of them since the very first one.
That said, you could argue that the very company was renamed to cater to .Hack//G.U., so that means Naruto games sound like .Hack, not the other way around.
And, by Odin, man. If you're going to use a Naruto game as comparison, at least use an older one. That way you'd make a BIT more sense.

This game uses Naruto ultimate ninja storm 1 the Ps3 exclusive game engine and till this day its far superior than the one they made so the xbox would be able to play it but this was all done for money purposes while dumbing down the game
also its certainly lacking characters
