Hi Carl, I have the same model 2000 and here it's call Nissan Sunny N16. I recently replace my headligts to LED. It worked fine morthan two months. now some days even if I swiched off right side of head lights it stays on. now it's permanantly on. I check the voltage of 4H connector. I am getting 12.51 voltage in the middle of the pin. What would be the reason? Your advice would be much appreciated.
Check the voltage on both bulb connectors and compare them. I think you have a short that is causing this. You could also remove teh battery cable & test the resistance/ohm check to see if you have a short.
I can't seem to find where mine is on a 1995 Sentra gxe.

I am not sure what would cause you to blow fuses. Sounds like you have a short in the wiring or a bad component.
