FactoryTalk View Studio v13.00.00
1/ Open "Control Panel"
2/ Go To "Programs and Features"
3/ Select "FactoryTalk Services Platform 6.31.00 (CPR 9 SR 13).
4/ Right Click and Select "Repair".
5/ Restart The Computer.
Problem Solved :)

When open Factory talk view studio and open file then show this error an internal error has occurred. you must close, factorytalk view and stop the factory talk linx service before continuing, how resolve This problem
@palashjn07: Have you tried both methods? If you did everything you could but it is still not resolved. Uninstalling and reinstalling Factory talk view studio might be the only option left.

When I'm doing the test application it's creating the run time but same time the Factory talkview ME shutting down msg is coming, what could be the issue..help sir.
@AnishKumar-nutru: If you get the exact same error message in the video, it would be the software crash. Nothing is wrong with your HMI application. FactoryTalk software gets crashed once in a while. It's completely normal. Before I learned the 2 solutions, I had to uninstall and reinstall it once every 3-4 months. It's pretty annoying but what else can we do. Rockwell is fully aware of such issues too.

I already tried that, but there is a problem: the repair freezes halfway through and the rest of the repair does not complete. I use Windows XP, if you can help and can show you the problem
@user-rq9wt2zm2f: To be honest, it works best with Windows7. Windows XP is too old. I don't have any computer with XP to try it out for you. You might have to re-install the FactoryTalk on your computer. Good luck.

@@user-rq9wt2zm2f: Do you have FactoryTalk Activation Manager on your computer? Look for product key and Serial# on your CD. Normally it should be in FactoryTalk Activation Manager already.
