Only thing that could have made it better would have if it was longer. It was only like 30 seconds.

As much as I love Catherine and David, this skit brought back some bad memories of ugly annual reviews with my former supervisor. Nothing funny to laugh about, fifteen years later!
I worked in sales and customer service for 15 years I didn't get complaints much except sometimes I wasn't aggressive enough for the sales part but I get more repeat business being respectful with customers not aggressive with them. I'm depressed now so can't stand people anymore can't work with them anymore.

Though this brings up an interesting question - do we really have any evidence other than Carol that the computer is saying these things/making these mistakes/etc.? We never see the screen. :)
