- Join us for a second day at Dollywood located in Tennessee! In this vlog we experience more of what this beautiful theme park has to offer, including a ride on the Dollywood Express steam train. We also experience the water rides, a classic car ride and much more. Along with that we share more footage of the awesome roller coasters on offer at Dollywood along with highlights from the Summer Celebration firework and drone show!

Charlotte is brilliant for going on those water rides; we know she doesn’t enjoy them so she definitely deserves the brownies and other treats. Have completely fallen in love with Dollywood. In fact, we are planning a mini road trip next year bookended by the two Herschend parks: Dollywood and SDC. Thank you for opening our eyes to these wonderful places

I love both vlogs. I used to live in Tennessee and go to Dollywood all the time. They used to have a motion simulation ride called Thunder Road. It was a car chase type thing and lots of fun. There was also a water ride called Mountain Slidewinder, Timber Tower, and the train ride up and down the mountain had a show element to it. I haven't been to the park since 2020, and it was great to relive memories of that trip as well as childhood trips.
Always enjoy your reviews! I live in Florida, but see Dollywood as my home park. We make 5 visits a year. Was so disappointed you missed out on the parks feature shows. "Dreamland Drive In" is one you should have been sure to see. It is one of the best, if not the best park show in USA. Entertainment is what sets this park apart from other parks in the country. A review of the park without showing its entertainment is only showing a part of what Dollywood is all about! Thanks again for all your efforts. Love seeing your adventures!
Thanks for watching! We saw some of the entertainment, however filming isn’t allowed at many of the shows unfortunately. We had a fantastic two days here though!

It's always so entertaining watching Charlotte on water rides
My mom still has a silver dollar city mug from this park from the early 80's when we went before it was dollywood. I have zero recollection of that trip as I was only 3 years old at the time. The steam train looks really nice. I'm going to have to get back here soon.
The steam train is amazing!
The waterfall always used to stop right when you got close to it anyways if I remember correct.

Those drones with the fireworks really made the night show. Even though it rained, so glad you guys got a lot of rides in. Hopefully you guys can come during Christmas and Winter Season. A lot of these parks are decorated beautifully that time of the year

Currently at cedar point with my son, I’m 34, he’s 11. It’s hard now to keep pace with him as now I get motion sickness when I really push it. Today I threw up on gatekeeper (track side outer on the back row) I threw up right when I hit the block brakes. So embarrassed. Needless to say he rode the rest of the day alone

The Dollywood locomotive is one if most amazing things you've shown across the whole trip. It's stunning.
I think they should really "RMC" Lightning Rod. Make it all Ibox track and swap the launch for a lift hill. Would basically be the same ride but have a million less issues.
That would definitely improve reliability
The rapids used to have a waterfall effect on one if the canopies and depending where you were in the raft you would get absolutely spaked, i dont know if it was down or they removed it but it make Smokey Mountain Rampage a more exciting rapids.

Another nice and good vlog, shame can't film on all rides and really hope they let people in future film on rides via go pro's and action camera's via chest mounts. But well see? Fireworks & drone show looked good, wish we had more of that at theme parks in UK? Like Merlin Parks such as Chessington, Thorpe park etc. But again, I guess we shall see? Nice railway, have seen it on maps, but never watched it on video, really interesting, yeah loads of expansion at back where railway circles round where new coaster is located, yeah could see a dark ride go there 100%. Think be quite good attraction for weather there, so everyone can race to when & if it storms & rains. Maybe could do with an indoor attraction there? Big indoors attraction, was thinking thats what Chessington WOA's could do with where Land of the Tiger is located? So park can remain open all year around? Maybe? With log flume going fully indoors to stay open all year round? But apart from this, nice vlog, really enjoyed and look forward to watching next vlogs. Cheers again. 😀👍

I love Dollywood it’s amazing. But I have seen LR have 2 trains but it’s more toward fall/Christmas as it is cooler. But Dollywood is amazing no matter what
It’s a brilliant park!
When I went in 2021, we did the rapids with a nearly full boat and got drenched haha. Barnstormer is my 2nd favorite Screamin Swing (I've only done 3 though so far, Skyhawk at Cedar Point is my favorite of those). One of the types of flats I actually like.
I think one or 2 members of our group got some soot on them from the train, so that was interesting.
We went in September right before their Fall/Halloween event started and there were loads of pumpkins all over. They have some pretty cool scenes set up with those. Might be worth a visit one day for their Halloween event.

Ive said it from the beginning. I suspect the true issue with Lightning rod is that company that did the LSMs never did a launch before Lightning Rod. They need a whole new system by drive tec or someone else experienced if they want it to work normally
