Which Hal was weak about till Air Poker, he was forcing himself to lose his memory for years, but for the first time he didn't allow it. That's how he became "perfect" by his definition. I want people to consider the situation in which such battle could take place. In a preplanned situation Hannibal would win. He would have the whole situation prepared to land in his favor. Even if he would acknowledge Kiruma as more intelligent than Hannibal, he would need to plan the entire outcome in a grander scale much like BAKU. However in a first encounter with no knowledge of each other, kiruma would win. He’s is the faster learner with natural talent in his perfect mode.
