Hey, Love your reviews. For insertion demos it would be super helpful to specify if you're starting from a seating or standing position or have different videos with sitting and standing insertion demos.
I'm usually do it while being seated on the toilet cuz for some reason it's impossible for me to insert or remove my cup when I'm sitting or squatting. I tried all three positions and so should you to find which one works best.
@@PeriodNirvana I'll try it out 😊. Thank you. I've honestly been excited to try out a disc because as much as I love my cup, sometimes I can feel the power of the suction and the stem can be REALLY bothersome.
Honestly.. i think they should make models with smaller holes cause like I tried a cup today and i was screaming just to put it in I don't have lubricant so I used water. God damn it was painful
@@Littlelily-15 use warm water and you should make sure both the cup and your 2 fingers your using is a little wet too, also if you’re a teen then try the teen cup but I found in the beginning to practice while your not on your period to help you when you do start, definitely don’t need a lubricant if you’re bleeding bc you’re lubed enough!
I never understand what "angle toward your back" means. Does that mean straight in, angled up, angled down, what? No matter what I do, it will not stay in; as soon as I stand up, it comes out.
Same! WTF mean to angle it towards the butt! It's the fourth month since I bought the damn thing and never get it right and I never had a problem with the cup
I personally sit on the toilet to insert my disc and hold is as horizontal as I can. If it won't stay in no matter what, it could be that the rim is too large in diameter. More brands now sell smaller discs but I also totally get not wanting to invest a disc amount of money in something you don't know will work. I'm sorry this has been a source of frustration
I just inserted one and can’t touch it anymore. Either I did it right or wrong. Idk, but now I’m worried about removal because I can’t touch it anymore. 😭 where’s the removal video?
Removal is easy as well. Just push like your needing to poop and it pushed the disc forward…. I figured this out when I had one in wrong while pooping . It moved the muscles needed to reach it. One leg up also helps.
Can you do a video trouble shooting the flex disk? I use the flex disk as an emergency tampon and the last time I used it, I could not get a good seal. I eventually went to ask my boss if she had any pads because I couldn't get it to stop leaking
Bro I saw one of your disc cleaning shower rinse outs how do you have that much ... Like is that normal. Holy geez I have enough liquid to fill a overnight but nothing like that. I also cant try those cups .. km scared
Hey , can you make a video from cups available in india , they don't have much options and it's real confusin, + many brands ( like safe cup have very weird way of sizes) i am 16 and i have a high cervix, i have been using the plup teen cup but with my heavy flow it gets filled in 3 hrs and i wanted to switch to something i didn't had to change that quick and safe Cup's smallest size s is for people below 30 it's a 28 ml cup and on their amazon question box they replied that people my age can wear it.
For some reason it's not working, I've tried 8 times now I'm swollen and in pain, I can't tilt it right, I think I'm to tense, cause it only goes in half way 😢 I don't know what to do
Who can even reach their own cervix? Does the rest of women on this esrth have way longer arms than me? Also to do that snd remove it i need to get my whole hand in me and it bloddy hurts, its very traumatizing and just to get leaks... No thanx.

This model is a type i havent seen before. Cool stuff. Very useful
I love the curtains on that model lol
How do you make sure a disc is tucked behind your cervix?
If you angle the disc towards your back while inserting this usually does it without any need to check.

BEST DEMO SO FAR!! all the others always show inserting at such an unrealistic angle!
Works wonders. I venture to say it’s better than the diva cup.

THANK YOU. I started using a menstrual cup and I love it but on my period I can be extra sore so I needed this 😭❤️
Cups work so much better for me. Maybe I don’t have a public bone to “tuck” behind. It makes me feel nauseous trying to do it too lol.

Before I heard the name I automatically thought of Orville peck at the site 😂
But how do u get it out…
First time hearing bout these and I'm 19😮
Would it work with grade 1 uterine and bladder prolapse?
You insert it vertically- how does it become horizontal in its original shape?
How do you get it out ?
I was just watching shorts then this turned on 😂 and how do you take it out
Now how do you take it out?
how to take it out?? 😮😮
Now how do you get that bit CH out?
how tf do you get it out without shoving all ur whole hand inside of yourself...
how do u make sure it goes below the cervix??
it's actually pretty intuitive for most. but you can angle the disc towards your butt while inserting and that should do the trick
How do you get it out?????
How would you take it out that would probably hurttt
I always come before the cervix dont know why
Can the disc cause prolapse ?
No
I may be dumb but how do you get it out😢
I don’t think that i have that much space there, btw can virgin use this?
Anyone can use menstrual products! Virgin or not. It doesn't take it away!
You probably do have enough space in there, the disc sits in an area called the fornix, not in the canal. Yes, virgins can use this
Is it me or does it seem like getting the disc etc out is gonna be a chore
Well, I’m fucking terrified
Why exactly are/were you terrified (when you remember)?

How do you get it out

how do you get it out? do you just straight up dig in there and pull it out, or is there like a stem you have to pull or smth
