Just got mine. Have to agree this is a masterpiece. Has a such a distinct personality and yet is so well balanced. There's an effortless quality to it... I can hardly imagine the process required to achieve this. It's almost transcendent... if you give yourself over to this scent it can actually transport you elsewhere.

when i smell this i don't get any desert at all. i just smell a quality scent. with lots of jasmin and laveder with something like turkish delight lemon flavour in the background.
Thank you. It might be neat at some point to do a video comparing 'niche' and designer houses. That was something I was relatively unfamiliar with until recently in my dive into this realm. Similarly with watches, you have your 'big names' - from Casio and Seiko to Rolex - and then you have - especially in the last decade or so - a whole bunch of "micro brands" that have sprung up. They're often run just by one or two people, though some have a larger staff, and will often produce a limited quantity of timepieces from a few hundred to a few thousand of each rendition. Many of them are MUCH more interesting - in color choices, layout, etc - than so many 'standard' watches, b/c they're obviously working on a much smaller scale and so can be more creative. Whole communities are dedicated to them at this point... I'm GUESSING the same holds true for fragrances.
