I love these inspectors. All they find is a smudge here or a scratch there. Pull out a level once and see how messed up walls and floors are in these houses in Sun City Festival. Take a look in the attic for busted trusses. Climb on the roof and look at the broken roof tiles and all the tiles not nailed down that blow off in the next 50 mph wind. They never inspect before pouring concrete or they would catch the spots that don't get the proper amount of rebar reenforcing to stop cracking in their brand new concrete. People pay $600 for an inspection to find a paint chip or a smudge. What a waste.
