If You Really Knew Me

If you really knew me...
I forgot to say (about the doctor sugar coating it) we went out of the hospital relatively happy as it we didn't think it was anything too serious... then we got home, searched it up online and found out you have 3-5 years to live, and in my dads case (he of course has the worst type where you can't speak from early on) 18 months to 2 years.
It didn't occur to me until after that someone with MND or someone with a family member suffering from MND could be watching this and it might take their hope away so in the unlikely case of that happening, don't stop trying.
I've heard a few stories of people overcoming the incurable disease, it's just our family has the most ridiculous luck ever.

just speechless yet again, i hate this, your bestfriend...and knowing that there is literally nothing i can do for you but ill be here with you till the end, i love you mike, your the best friend in the world to me and i would do anything to make you feel better! stay strong because your a million times stronger emotionally than anyone i know...and for others reading this, mike is one of the best poker players in the world, and i mean that, he is incredible! such an amazing talent!
