Ingredients for pastry(饼皮材料) :
125g salted butter(牛油)
50g / 3/8 cup icing sugar (糖粉)
250g / 2 cups plain flour (普通面粉)
30g ground almond (杏仁粉)
1 egg lightly beaten (鸡蛋轻轻打散)
Ingredients for the filling(芝士馅) :
250g / 9 oz cream cheese (奶油芝士)
50g caster sugar (细砂糖)
125ml whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
1/2 tbsp / 5g corn starch (玉米粉)
1 egg yolk (蛋黄)

还没完成的cheese cream 我试过放几天就不新鲜了,
挞放冷冻,可以耐很久,
等买到cheese cream 时,就现做现烤,我买过外面的挞,放冰箱8天才吃完,也没问题,一天一粒^o^爽^o^

After putting the cheese you can't bake for too long
Try to bake for 5 to 6 minute only
