As a clinical psychologist who has been in active practice for over 50 years, I think that every person who embarks on a career as a therapist should listen to this and take it to heart in the deepest way. I, myself, have listened and then re-listened in order to absorb it more fully.
Yes they ruin lives and family’s I had a therapist ruin my life let alone the damage she did - she taunted me abused my trust lied and betrayed me let alone took away all my freedoms ruined my life and my family and friends and the man I loved … all because she didn’t want to address her own problems she really did some damage let alone the shame and humiliation she brought me
A smart therapist once told his patient to come at 1.00A.M. on the night that they move the clock foward. The patient came and the therapist said " the hour is up, that will be $400" . Rabbi Y.Y. great speech ,very Emes, but at the end of the day it's become a money hungry business.
I'm so tired and pretty damaged myself and I'm not kidding when I tell you, I thought the title said the rapists can be dangerous.. based on some of the above comments I guess it's not far off

I was the patient in the above story but I got him back when they moved the clocks back I got a 2 hour session
