Absolutely, I lived on the Gurnos Estate for a few short months from 1982 to 1983. I was 13 years old and I made genuine friends though not close. The neighbours were brilliant and helpful. During my return I had no bother but again locals were very helpful and friendly. I know the Gurnos Estate has a reputation and yes it's had its struggles but not the fault of the local people !!. No work so how can they get jobs. A drug culture yes but I pass no judgement as this situation can happen to anyone, anyway, in the meantime I thank you so much for your awesome reply, very welcome. Stay positive no matter what. Negativity brings bad vibes. Best wishes from Andrew Dexter.
Thank you, a lot of hard work goes into. Planning, researching, learning my notes, traveling distances, not knowing what sort of reaction I'm going to get from the public, so far it's been good. Thank you for watching my videos and for your support.
Great video, didn’t realise Merthyr had so much going for it, have u head about the council planning to close down Blackwood miners and Llancaiach fawr
@@Ekx-qu1ik I agree, I don't like change, destroying the past !!. I remember the old bus station. As for Cardiff, well, that BBC building is an eye sore, wish they left it all as they was. Thank you for watching. From Andrew.

Well done; something positive for the Gurnos at long last.
