It won't. We will go back to the old days of donating in briefcase. The one thing about electoral bonds is you can track them. It is wrong for the govt to make the rule requiring that the accounts should be opened in SBI, allowing the govt to have a back-door view of the bonds, while others could not. I would say bring back the electoral bonds but make the information publicly available.
Let's be frank. A legitimate way of converting black money into white MUST MUST MUST exist. Else the unregulated cash market and under the table deals go uncontrolled and in nobody's interest.
