Thank you very much for the speech 😊 at the end. I was so, so mad when she said "get your feet AWAY from MY door" what planet does this receptionist live on. But believe me I have worked with this type. I was a ( Road Farmer) public work employee for a city for the last 15 years of my work till I retired. Before that I managed a small public utility. I will tell you the truth. In my manger work at utility
I was pleased to give tours to anyone in public. They did NOT even have to be a Rate payer. I was so,so happy that anyone asked to see how the system worked. If they wanted to FILM the operation, I always said YES, the work I did in Utility was way before the First Amendment right was popular. There were so many public employees that HATED the TAX players, you know the people that pay their WAGES. This Receptionist needs to be FIRED, we don't need the PD Chief telling the City Council how much harder we are going to make it on Auditor. You can tell in the video that the Receptionist was NOT interested in hearing what the PD said. Very BAD big times. She is just a cold closed minded control freak. The FACT she is not listening to the cops means she doesn't CARE. Terrible employees working a public service job that deals with the public. I have seen her type all my working life in public services
That would not last in the private sector jobs.

There toward the end of the video when the council member was speaking, the solution is to unlock the door at the beginning of the work day, lock it at the end of the work day. Leave the “rate payers”, “constituents”, owners of the building alone. Do your job efficiently and accurately as possible. End of perceived problem. If you were all collectively doing your job, there would be no contention.
WTF are they so scared of, they created the situation. This police chief is delusional

This was an almost perfect example why 1A auditing started to begin with. The problem in the beginning was the cops intervening and turning it into a big issue. Now we see that the police have been taught better, and it CLEARLY SHOWS that the problem was ALWAYS about the employees, not the auditors!! Once the police got out of the way like they (sort of) did here, we see the auditor and police are okay, and now it’s ALL the public servants stirring up crap. This was perfect when she said “he wants to get a reaction”, and the officer says “he’s allowed to be here and just fulfil his request and he’ll leave”. More of these reactions and this WILL GET BETTER!!
