They paid me up to 40 hours anytime I felt like clocking in to study for 2 months. If you understand the history/funding of dialysis this is basically universal state sponsored professional education. Dialysis was the first non-drug miracle cure invented during the post new deal, space age, ascent of American Empire etc & we said "America! F YEAH! bet we'll go to the moon too! All Americans should get dialysis cuz we're crazy rich & the fruits of public funded tech advancement should belong to everyone!"

This is another reason you're one of the top rated investigators on TH-cam. You're always trying to help the smaller channels which again helps the transparency movement. I call it the movement because I pray that someday so many people will find it normal to just take out their phone and record the police interactions with themselves or bystander and this is the only way we can force the dirty cops the tyrants to act accordingly. Most of these officers think that it's okay to fat finger someone's license plate or lie about not being able to see there tail lights from the required distance or saying their brake lights are out etc etc just to pull them over so they can go on a fishing Expedition and find any reason either fine or lock them away even if it means creating a reason. How many times have you heard officers getting together and conspiring to try and find something to arrest somebody for even though there's a law against conspiracy . The true reason the Constitution or case law isn't taught in the academy is because then there would be no excuse for qualified immunity because they would already know better. Thanks for not only pushing the movement but going above and beyond.

While it can be true that field sobriety tests can show a cop your sober, the real reason they are doing it is too build a case against you for court. Remember that the tests they give are determined a pass/fail by the officer and they will write down what they think they see, not always the truth! So NEVER under any circumstance appease cops by conducting their field sobriety tests. The PBT's are not allowed into court other than the cop can tell the judge or jury that you passed or failed this test. They cannot tell the judge or jury of the amount you failed by or they will have to throw the case out. Lastly remember this, In order for a cop to ask you to consent to the Field Sobriety tests, they need to have a legal reason to stop you and then they have to further be able to vebalize a reason to a judge or jury the reason they felt you were drinking, such as reddened, watery and/or glassy eyes, slurring speech, smelling of alcohol. They would need more than one of these to conduct a legal test. Also, people...... Anytime you are detained or under arrest and they start asking you questions, they need to "READ" you the Maranda Warning, not just verbally tell you it. Thats why so many cops carry tthe cards in their front pockets. Once your detained and they are asking questions, if you tell them you don't want to answer questions, they must immediately stop all questioning or anything you've told them will get tossed from court. People win cases because they said NO to the cops and were asked questions.

It's hard when you have cops starting shit with people and then want to blame you for why you got shot, it's just alot of shit with them. They are getting on my nerves with all the questions and he said it a bunch of times..smh I can't with them.

Innocent people think they're being helpful when answering questions, including if they'd been drinking. You are NEVER helping yourself by answering any question, including "Where you headed?". If you think remaining silent might imply guilt to a juror in court, it won't. The prosecution, including their witnesses, are not allowed to tell the jury that you exercised your 5A right and refused to answer questions.
FYI, some states, including Georgia, have laws to automatically suspend your DL for refusing a roadside test. Additionally, in Georgia specifically, a driver who refuses the tests, can be forced, yes forced as in limbs strapped down, to a catheterization at the jail.

You really summed up the heart of the issue. These cops get off on a power trip. They forget that they are public servants. They are so used to bullying that when a man stands up for his rights they take it personally and they react with hostility. It is telling that the supervisor said “your not running the show here”. Look how many times the officer asked him to submit to a test or asked if he was drinking. He was reluctant to let him leave without a dui charge. Then he get his panties in a bunch and gives him a ticket, just to bust his balls. Unreal

When I was in school we learned that we have a constitution, but was never told what it is to us how important it is to know your rights. While growing up we are told always do what cops say, tv makes us believe that you always do as cops say. We have been programmed to obey that is why it is so hard to get people to stand up for our rights. I have listened to what has been said and researched and learned that that what you have been telling us is the truth. Thank you for sharing this with us.

    • @mkirkman89

Exactly. The TV show Cops and all those other trash shows we used to watch growing up are nothing but lies and fabrication mostly to bully the people and violate our rights. These terrorists have been revealed ever since cameras became a thing, so now we are learning our rights more.

When good Germans became Nazis they demonstrated that when an "authority" individuates from their citizenry, an "US vs THEM" mentality results where they become un-empathetic, crushing and EVIL!
THEY sleep fine because they are convinced the citizens are the "bad guys"!
      Here it is again!
It's these "good" cop's' jobs to expose all this EVIL!

So many excellent Cop Watchers, Auditors, and Independent Journalists out there, people are beginning to utilize the awesome power of essentially holding a T.V broadcast studio in one's hand. When thousands of subscriber's of individual channel's begin to add up to millions of people (in all U.S jurisdictions and voting districts) true change may begin to occur.

I can relate with man. After putting in a 16 hour work day, the last thing you want to deal with is a punk a$$ kid with a badge accusing you of being drunk.
These are the same a$$holes that tell auditors to get a real job. Cops couldn't make it on their own and decided to get on the government gravey train.
