Regarding “Quella collana è molto bella,” have you done a lesson on why the intensifier here does not agree with the noun? Specifically, why is it not molta bella? I have encountered this many times in my Italian reading and studies. I still don’t get it. Thank you for another excellent lesson!
The reason is that in this case we are not using the word "molto" as an adjective but as an adverb. Adjectives are the ones that need to change to match the gender and number of the noun, whereas adverbs never change.
