Camping at Plaskett Creek Campground in Big Sur 2022

Camped in March of 2022 at Plaskett Creek Campground on the Southern border of Big Sur. Also checked out Sand Dollar Beach and Jade Cove that were a short walk from the campground

Beautiful trip! Did you guys use the Jackery to power a small fridge to keep the food fresh?

Not this time. I do have a electric cooler but since it was only two nights I made sure have enough ice! I just made sure to keep the bag of ice on top and everything stayed really cool. The veggies I precut at home and kept it in Tupperware so the ice doesn't damage the veggies. Also big sur area was very cool so it didn't warrant a fridge but if I'm camping somewhere very warm I'd take my electric cooler

It's a korean griddle. You can find it on amazon by searching scsp korean bbq grill non-stick for the exact one I used in the video!
