Can you put a link here with the lights you use to put in the logo ? I'd know mention Amazon but wasent clear. I'd like to do what u did with light inside logo no ghost sign
I got the Stranger Things Ghostbusters 4 pack too even though I haven't seen the show. Grabbed them on clx and liked the idea of having them displayed as trick or treaters to the fire house on halloween. Plus if we ever get Sam Hain they can be the stand in for the Jr. Ghostbusters. I really like the idea of having an interior scene behind the doors. Seems this is will open up a lot of possibilities for custom displays.
You guys should really watch Stranger Things. Don't buy into the hype, just watch it for what it is. Even if you're not an 80's kid like myself..it's amazing. But I can understand if you miss out on something right away, and everyone is shoving it down your throat telling you it's the greatest thing in the world. Really turns you off on giving it a try.
Hey mark, sorry I haven't been on. I took a razor along the seem of the two pieces. You have to do it that way(at least its how I did mine) and go down deep especially around the corners. When you hear the coners pop or sound like they are breaking you are good to pop open.
@@UndercoverCapes No problem, and thanks. And how do you keep it closed, since you have to open and close it to turn off the light? Plus, it seems like it's only lit on one side. I couldn't find a 'double sided' so to speak battery operated light. The tea lights I found all flicker. No option to stay on steady. Plus, they're too big to fit in with the flame part (I believe). So the tiny string lights seems like the best bet.
It does stay closed with really no issue. The lights are a bit tricky. I have not tried string lights, but I just put tea lights on both sides. Like as many as I could fit.
@@UndercoverCapes Oh, could you send me a link to the ones you got. The best ones I found are waterproof LED lights on Amazon. No tea lights found that don't have the big fake flame and non flickering. But these are just an inch tall..nice, cheap and compact.

some of the pieces from the ghostbusters 2 figures are now hard to get. Wish DS would just sell the pieces separate for the firehouse
yea I'd definitely grab it if they did. I've seen incomplete sets go pretty high in prices

Well at least I am not the only one then lol. Hopefully at Sdcc we see more stuff. As for the inside, I think a custom display is a fun route to go.

So I'm guessing it says closed on it's own; like with friction.
It does stay closed with really no issue. The lights are a bit tricky. I have not tried string lights, but I just put tea lights on both sides. Like as many as I could fit.
