    Nice. I make the same way but dry version. I just saute it a bit. No water added. Will try this version as it pairs well with rice.

    Interesting recipe . Skeptical of skipping garlic and ginger and what about salt ?

      Absolutely. Please add salt to taste. In Kashmir, this is traditionally made with Haq (kale) but we use spinach for its sweeter taste
