Summary of Darren Hardy Book :
    1. Only few things matters in your life everyday.
    2. Find that things and stick to them every minute.
    3. Say no 1000 other things/ideas that don't matter.
    4. Focus on things that matters and master on it.
    5. Steve Jobs said, ' I am proud what i don't do as the things i do.

Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life
    - think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea,
and just leave every other idea alone.
This is the way to success.

Brilliant. 10 out of 10. Right Understanding every time. When focus on few things whole Universe Force started work for that thing. e.g. Focal Conclave Glass focus whole Sun Energy at one Focal point and ignite real fire on paper. I learn great lesson from Darren that success is possible saying no to most of things and focus on very few things matters most. Thank You.

The first concept was written wrong in the comments below. It is "Only a few things matter for any thing" which means these few things are not the same to everything. You need to master these few things specific to one thing. This is commonly known as the "vital few" law

Great talk and brilliant closing line ... "Ultimately you'll leave SUCCESS on the table." NLP? Subliminal advertising? I think so! (I immediately envisioned a SUCCESS magazine on the coffee table of an FBO.) Never noticed this when I heard the talk live at Genius Network. He also masterfully painted the picture of the centenarian's library ... sights, sounds, smells. Loved it.

7:07 Only few things matter. Understand those special things and Focus upon them.
10:00 ignore rest all good things. - Warren Buffet

    • @rentic888
      @rentic888 4 ปีที่แล้ว

But those few things have too many branches and tentacles which are equivalent to all those good things which you choose to ignore ultimately it depends upon you in which direction you want to start the journey, ultimately all those things you want to ignore are going to get attached to those few things you want to work upon ceaselessly..so it's just a matter of time..because this whole world is one integrated system, so doing a thing completely is same as doing everything as unknown number of forces are involved to make that thing work...

"How do you determine what those few things that really matter are??"

Imagine, something bad happened to you...doctor are performing CPR, you can't feel your leg, your hands are numb. You can't see things clearly, it's getting blurry, your are losing your hearing...
Only your mind is active..inside your mind there is a picture....there is a pain in your heart, the pain caused by fear of losing all the things and dying...
Now, what are the few things, if you had done them daily in your life, you would be able to die peacefully.....
      Let me give you hint....
      1. It would be enjoying every moment, like it is your last...
      2. It would be contributing in the life of other people, doing something that changes life of people....
      3. It would be loving all..and giving your best...
      ...
      ....
      ...
