Ehhhh thanks for watching! I feel like it’s a common thing that people deal with which is why I wanted to make a video about it ☺️ which part of the video resonated with you the most??
Good steps man. Reducing screen time - especially undirected screen time that's just going wherever the phone pulls you - is definitely a worthy pursuit. Getting the phone out of the bedroom is a huge one. Using some alternative tools to your phone can really help too (and be more creativity-fueling). Not picking up the phone as many times is a great way to keep from getting as sucked in. I recommend a pen and notebook, and a wrist watch (not smartwatch). I like this series and journey. Keep it up!
Implementing/improving systems that allow me to guard my time better would increase my productivity. Automation is the name of the game. Valuing your time and energy is crucial as an entrepreneur. Otherwise, burnout is inevitable.
So many good points man, I especially love what you said about automation. It really is the name of the game, and something I have to implement more. Thanks for watching this weeks video!
Yoooo thanks my man, always appreciate you taking the time to watch and SO pumped to see your first long format vid once it drops!! The light bar is from Nanlite (don’t remember the model)
Man! Love everything here. The intro was so good! You absolutely nailed it. Your grading is ON POINT. And the tips to getting off my phone are so useful. I'm almost done The ONE Thing and it's so good. I appreciate you recommending it to me. Loving this video series buddy 🙌
I subscribed after your “All in” video and I’m loving the content so far man. I resonate with the motivating topics and your videography skills are insane man! You’re definitely inspiring me since I’m in a similar growth mindset path. Thanks for the video 🤘🏼
First of all, thanks so much for the sub, it's so great to have you along for the ride! Also, I really appreciate the kind words, it means a lot! If you ever have any questions about anything or just wanna chat, don't hesitate to shoot me a DM on IG. All the best on your journey!!
Loved the in-house setup, man! For me, improving my productivity is going to come down to blocking out time for those priority tasks, then protecting that time, so I can get those big lever moving tasks done.
I really enjoy your videos, but be mindful of the lighting. In this shot, your eyes-the most important feature of a person's face-are cast into shadow by your baseball cap. Your images look great overall, and the open door in the background adds a nice touch with its warm tone. However, compared to the visuals, the message of your videos is much more focused and truly the core of your content. I understand it can be challenging at times. I’ve been a marketing film producer for several years and in the old days cutting into someone’s monologue while they’re speaking in front of the camera was once considered one of the most unprofessional things. Nowadays, it’s quite common, and it still surprises me, yet I find myself doing it too. While I love the cinematic look and the subtle messages it conveys, I remind myself to prioritize the message and core content even more. This approach saves you a lot of time and helps calm your nerves. 😉
How can a stranger thousands of miles away share so much in common with me? Amazing video-thanks for sharing! 👏

It's always nice to start seeing that personal progress, no matter how big/small the win is
@@timgriffithfitness6250 thanks Tim, I’m glad you enjoyed this one. No matter how big or small each win is, they’re all worth celebrating! ☺️
The time blocking is key! I need to sleep with my phone in the other room!
It's helped BIG time! And sleeping with my phone in another room has also been a game changer!
