    In the USA there aren’t any 1 ton, 1 cylinder diesel excavators as far as I know. Most of the Chinese excavators coming here have a 1 cylinder 420cc gasoline engine, 13.5 hp by Briggs and Stratton or Rato.
    To get a diesel you have to go with a 3 cylinder, and generally a larger, more expensive class.

    •  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Ok. I’m pretty sure I have seen videos from USA where someone has bought 1ton excavator with 1 cylinder engine.

    That's how I operate my machines mostly, very easy and it drives one of my friends nuts, he is all about speed

    •  ปีที่แล้ว

      When you work for yourself with your own machine its not so much about speed in my opinion. When your work for someone else then speed comes along aswell

    •  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Lots of people love watching tractor videos and listening to the pur of the engine and the sound of the work being done, and occasionally hearing dialogue about the job or the machine.
    Lots of people dream of having a machine to work on their own land like that or making money with it. And many of us have ran equipment like that and miss it.
    Excavators are probably the coolest machine to have and run cuz they can do so much work for something of it's size.

    •  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes I agree. If you own a property with land and you like to do land scaping, gardening etc., then small excavator comes very handy or its almost a must.

    How many hours have you done on that machine now? It looks like it has just come out of the factory, you obviously treat it with respect and look after it. These little machines can be quite jerky in the controls so you are doing very well operating so close to the building without damaging anything. Good to watch a good patient operator at work. Cheers.

      Thanks! I dont know the hours but two summers working in the yard... I've been very satisfied with the machine. Thanks for the comments :)

    Why did you choose the 1 cylinder diesel, fuel economy, expense, reliability, or ??? Have you noticed a drop in power since last year? Any maintenance or assembly issues? Thanks for info, long term research.

    •  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi and welcome to my channel! I chose it mainly because of the price and I read a lot of good feedback about it from the Interweb. I have noticed no drops in the power since beginning. Maintaining is basically lubricating the front boom. Engine oil is of course good to change regularly and changing is quite simple operation.

    • @gadgetsage
      @gadgetsage 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @ so the smaller engine is more reliable than the larger one? Interesting. Thanks bud!

    •  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Ordered one from Leking, should be here soon. Is that a 1 ton? Also a bucket with claws will help you eat through the bulk of the clay alot better, that bucket your using now is for cleaning up after the bulk.

    •  ปีที่แล้ว +2

    For better accuracy of the controls you would probably have to get better quality valve bodies for the control levers.
    The parts on those are as cheap as they can make them in order to sell those machines cheaply. Those are not built like Howard Gems that were made in Australia 50 or 60 years ago. A lot of those are still being used today.

    •  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I believe its not the quality but the overall design and concept. If they make it simple and with affordable price - it also works in a simple way.. If you want it to work like pro -> you have to pay pro price.

    • @TF856
      @TF856 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @ that is true.
      Before Howard Gems ceased production those walk behind tillers were selling for $10,000 a piece.
      They were the best in the world and gave professional results.
      Also the easiest to operate with the most useful features.
      Just like the big industrial or agricultural tractor rototillers, with a professional operator, those gems left the ground looking so beautiful and smooth that some people didn't want to disturb it by plant planting in it.

    Mistä tilasit ja miten meni tullien ja kuljetuksien yms kanssa, itte oon puntaroinut käytetyn merkkikoneen esim bobcat tai uuden kiinalaisen väliltä. Käytetty merkkivehe ois tietty siitä hyvä että varaosia saa helposti mutta niihin on yleensä ajettu tapit väliksi sun muuta pientä... Uus ois aina uus... Paljon jäi kustantamaan tämä kaikkineen?

    It looks like you need more down pressure on the bucket to dig in that hard ground. So you need to put the blade behind you with with down pressure on the blade, that will change the weight distribution so you can dig in harder ground.

    •  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes that is one way but this machine has limited power. You can also make it (excavator) last longer if you dont force it too much…
