We have a special family owned organic natural store in Anchorage called The Natural Pantry.. not only do they have a full grocery store but a entire section on natural medicines. However they are expensive and in Anchorage where you are in the Valley 40 ish miles away so having Azure delivered down the street for you is really better option for you. Vegetables are hard to keep here they rot almost as fast as you bring them home from the stores. For Kale, mustard greens, Collards, cilantro we cut the stems off just a tiny amount and put right away into cold water with a half cap of apple cider vinegar and treat as a fresh flower in cool area. Radishes we remove the leaves and roll up in a paper towel then into a zip bag leaving the bag unzipper into the bottom drawer of fridge. Lettuce a damp wetish paper towel folded and placed on the cut end then rewrap with the plastic it came in and celery wet paper towel folded and placed on cut in and then wrap in foil and into the fridge. These are some of the tricks we use to keep the vegetables fresh otherwise I am freeze drying them and the rehydrate perfect.

Clearly you do not live in Utah where Redmond is. They are as crooked as the day is long, and they got the state legislature and necessary departments to put virtually ALL other raw milk dairies shut down so that they have a monopoly on the raw milk in Utah. They are not who they seem they are...

100% love the cleaning products. Dish soap and dishwasher liquid not equal to commercial brands for cleaning but almost. And no harsh chemicals so a fair trade off.

I buy bushel basket of apples can some eat some. I pick my own pears at no cost because they grow out here in the woods pick my own berries I do shop once a month and I am frugal. Happy New Year
The produce in the lower 48 is horrible! Our greenhouse has a huge overhead heater, but when we had that unusual cold weather last week it looks like my tomatoes might not have made it. Azure is a good company!

Love Azure , I also live far from health stores. My favorite azure products are the dairy free, as I can’t do dairy. I get all things a2 a2 milks, creamers etc. love cheese and I found out I can eat goat cheese, so I get there goat cheeses, love them. Tried plant based wasn’t thrilled about them. Good to see you doing so well❤️

I agree 100% with you about this salt. I only use sea salt with all the minerals still left in it.
I love their powder dishwasher and laundry detergent. I'm trying their carpet cleaner for the first time also. I have switched to all their cleaner for the bathrooms and kitchen. What a difference it's been to get rid of all the chemicals! Thanks for sharing!! Praying blessing on you and your family for 2023!!

laundry I no longer use fabric softener stopped bout 5+years ago only use wht vinger in place of removes germ bacteria that cause orders. for kitchen I mix wht vinegar dawn n water. u can use in all cleaning applications.
I also use vinegar for fabric softener love it.

Happy 2023 from Newport News, Virginia. I have been watching your channel for the past two weeks. Love the content, especially the food storage and meal planning!
Natural Pantry in Anchorage is the only store I know up there that is a natural food grocer. But their prices are outrageous sometimes. But a good spot for a good quality lunch buffet. If they still do that since 2020

We are in for the remainder hours of 2022, we celebrate, what we refer to as “Amateur Night” in the safety of our home. We know that so many who do not drink alcoholic beverages, do so on 12/31!! 🤷🏻♀️

You can also purchase small amounts from Azure. I am now a household of one and I order from them. You do save more if you can order larger quantities, but you have to store it and consume it. So if you only use oats once in a while get a 5 or 10 pound bag (of organic!) oats and it will last you a year. If you eat oatmeal every day a 25 pound bag might be more appropriate. When you first try something just buy a small amount. Another key for small families is to place an order when you have compiled a longer list of items that you need or want to try.

Have you made it to Natural Pantry in Anchorage?
They have a lot of natural foods, but they’re kind of expensive. Worth checking out for their little kitchen section though!
I tried Azure's dishwasher powder and I love it. It cleans the dishes and doesn't stink. When I was using the grocery store pods my dishes would smell like the chemicals in the pod.
I haven't tried any of the other cleaning products yet. Please let us know how well they work and if you and the family would recommend.

Great haul Jess. I'm doing the challenge as well. I will be canning stuff from my freezer at the same time. I need the freezer close to empty for the garden season as we grow a huge amount of veg and fruit and keeping up is difficult. We make our own sausages of all kinds. Less crap and preservatives in them. Feb is when we make our years worth. This challenge will come in handy. Good luck! I hope you are feeling better( after the tree incident) . I've been on low salt for years now! When I met and married my husband, I had to cut my salt intake by 3/4 ... before I used what I wanted!! At first it was very hard but now when we go out to eat everything is way too salty! My husband, mother in law and hubbys aunt Judy all were all on a low salt diet! Since my marriage to my hubby, we have lost my mother in law and Aunt Judy, who lived with us before their passing from the day I married my hubby "John"... I am a much better cook for using little to no salt!
Real Salt is the best! I order straight from there website. You can buy in quantity through them. They also have other seasonings as well. I believe Becky has a code through them for a percentage off. Thank you for more clarification on the whole 30 diet.

It is like you get scared to go too the grocery stores so expensive it is. It is $5.00 for a lettuce here . I am gluten intolerant. And do no sugar because I am pre diabetic but have controlled it for 10 years . But Happy New Year too you and all your family 🙏🕊🙏💞🇨🇦
Root vegetables if grown in costal all have natural salt in them. When my thyroid screwed up my specialist put me on a no salt diet for 30 days. The 5 page list of food I couldn't eat would have saved paper of what I could eat.

I really enjoy the Azure hauls. Can you use honey in your coffee for a sweetener? Good luck and you probably should have added double the apples and carrots. My daughter is on an auto-immune diet as she has an issue with her eyes. She can have dates and maple syrup.

I don't believe that the apples look much different from what you find in the store. They are shipped as well as possible for sure.
I agree it’s easy only when they are cheaper per pound. It’s such a balance trying to figure what’s worth it and what’s not

Azure is interesting. But I'm the only person in my home so I'm not sure if it's feasible for me to purchase from them.

Is real salt iodized?
I've seen ghee in the grocery stores and I've seen people buy it on Azure but I've never cooked with it I don't know how to use it can you give me some examples?
I’m in Palmer and have used Azure once to get bulk beans that I just wasn’t able to get here.
The drop I used has a huge bulk order shipped up by boat from Seattle area, so the additional shipping for dry items was about 50 cents per pound of my order.
Is there any way you can share with me if how you get your Azure order shipped for less?
It really took a bite out of our already tight budget.

When you go on Azure look up drop locations, I use big lake and I know there is one in Wasilla. You could even adjust as needed between them for it to work out date abs pickup times.

Big lake, is the drop I choose. But I know there are other drops.
I'm a widow and wonder if it makes any sense to use Azure.
I am alone also and I order from Azure. They do have most things in smaller quantities. The quality and taste is outstanding. I do order bulk on items that store well and save a significant amount compared to the grocery store.

We are three at home, I use azure. When I want to save more I buy in bulk and freeze meat, cheeses ect. That allow me to buy cheap good quality food.
For Ghee 7/19 means it was no good years ago 😮. I am sure that the rest is good. Lol 😂
