So my bank did reverse the charges. I did file a small claims suit which I’m still waiting on a court date. I ultimately ended up fixing the car on my own.
I just wrapped this exact car. Holy shit that's a hack job. Every car you need to pull the door handles, antenna, mirrors, rear wing, headlights, taillights, front and rear bumper, belt moldings, It looks like they didn't do any of that. Wtf. We do all that and still only took me and another guy 4 days. Things you can't wrap like antenna you send to a paint shop and have them do it gloss black. That is fucked.
Is it a liquid plasti dip wrap thats why its so shitty and comes off easily. If you have any luxury car just pay more money for a vinyl wrap. Im dealing with the same bullshit rn for my audi tt
They had everything so well concealed! I started noticing once I got home and was able to do a full walkthrough. It wouldn’t have made a difference if I noticed it there anyways because I made up my mind immediately I didn’t want them to touch my car anymore!

Hey, just seeing this. I’m a Vinyl installer myself. Almost 5 years in, I have my own company. I would recommend you point out all the spots that you see to the shop and see if they’ll fix it. If they refuse or say they can’t do it then you should ask for 2/3 of the price you paid back. Let them keep their labor cost and take it to a shop who have been around for many years. Reviews aren’t always accurate, some of these shops have 5 stars and TRUST, I’ve seen the work they do first hand. No idea what their doing but they just have the reviews to trick you. Definitely do research next time just like this woman said. This car looked like it was wrapped by a person who just started, a lot of shops hire kids who just started. This is what this looks like.
@@alexanderacevedo6214 yes so i tried to get partial refund but he refused and said he will fix whatever is wrong with the wrap . Its just soo many things that are not done right ! Im taking it to him now for the second touch up . In my opinion as a wrap shop owner just make sure its done right the first time bc now were just back and fourth doing touch ups every 2 weeks . Ridiculous
@@honestvalue7368 it’s a good deal but if you ever do, go to someone actually experienced. I’ve seen shops with 5 star reviews doing Less-than-Amateur work. Patches and Incorrect practices but check out one of their other cars first closely.
Do your research on shops. And when done, do your research again. Having a good heart gets you nowhere. Two months for a wrap is ridiculous let alone a job like this. Hope you win your case. Lesson learned.
I feel for you! Wow, what a hack job. The worst thing is that they probably cut through paint at some places, which might result to rust.
