I have multiple Tombow packs, but I've never gotten a blending palette with them. I haven't seen one in the stores here for some reason.
The blending palette sometimes come in special kits such as the “Watercolor set”. You can also buy them separately ( www.tombowusa.com/blending-palette.html )but if you don’t have one, a simple laminated sheet does the same trick. Hope that helps!
