Gotta say, I respect the dad for still allowing them to smoke cigarettes (when Following rules) just not in or near the home/with family. Most families on here are cruel and make the kids suffer with their untreated nicotine addiction. The other families should at least provide the gum for the cravings

@@GypsyRoseBlanchardisaliar Its their own fault for starting to smoke, but nicotine withdrawal probably isn't easy when you're addicted. I agree they should at least supply gum or whatever (unless they do it off camera and we don't see)

@nutellapaste um, no. Its not good for them. Yes there are some circumstances where some people can stop without issue but many people suffer from withdrawal symptoms

One of the most important things I do in my home is apologise to my kids when I'm in the wrong. It's so important they know adults aren't infallible.

They should bring this series back but with American kids. These British kids are saints compared to them
They have an American version but I cant find it anywhere anymore. I've found short clips but no episodes. I cant even find them for sale anywhere. And I've looked everywhere I can think of.
There was an American version at one point, but it was quite disappointing. For legal reasons they weren't allowed to send the kids outside of the US. I want to see our spoiled brats sent to places like India or Barbados, dammit.

The way this dad handles everything is just wonderful in my opinion
I have to say this episode really made me cry. To see how the teens turned out in the end and to have the family that had them cry when the teens were leaving really touched my heart. I know their parents love them, but sometimes I wish the teens could have stayed with the other families and grown more. When the young girl apologized to the Dad she was so sincere. This episode was amazing
I honestly started crying when he sung ''little girl''. This dad is really one of the best dads ever. Not exactly strict, but really loving towards his kids and wife. He wants the best for them. There is already so much evil in the world, he really tries to be the best parent he can be and this really warms my heart.
