The chrome muscle suit under the blue suit is actually how it was done in the film. Even hot toys version did the same way. But Inart did way better than Hot toys in terms of body proportions (shoulders) and face sculpt.
So is Jedha purposely avoiding all mentions of the hole near the groin? Seems like he is covering it at times. So I guess he’s going that route with his videos. Couldn’t stop complaining about soosoo Toys rogue but silence on a figure twice the price with a hole in the sheer costume
Many people don't like how this was created, but for me, I love this inArt version. The headsculpt is butter! The body proportions are amazing and the suit quality hopefully it last but I'm pretty sure it's better compared from the Hot Toys. Can't wait for mine to arrive. Great review Jedha!!
In regards to hands, InArt could probably benefit from adopting methods of packing hands companies like Figma, Mafex, Kaiyodo etc have done with their 1/12 figs attaching the hands on racks with pegs allowing the peg holes within the hands to be already stretched out so you wouldn't need to heat up. Not a fan of BvS and Snyderverse, but this figure is just outstanding. Henry Cavill might have been bulkier than this figure but Inart is going for the overall aesthetics so they probably adjusted some of the body proportions just to make it look super great. The only weak point I can think of is that there's no separate flying neck part so we won't be able to pose him in flight.

This is the first time I've heard someone mention the hands as an issue. That's good to know. Is it easier to deal with the hands if you bend the elbows and use that angle to help with pushing the hands on? That CAPE though 😍 it's so GORGEOUS. I may have to hunt this one down.
No it doesn’t help, I got my Aragorn and not a single hand went on the peg no matter how hard I pushed unless I heated it up first. It became so frustrating I sold the figure.
Well I ordered mine from OneSixthKit and I am hoping he get's him in soon because this figure looks absolutely amazing and gorgeous. For me this will be my definitive Henry Cavill Superman figure. I am anxious to see InArt's Batman figure from Batman v Superman.

Nah, it always had a chrome under suit in all the movies. How visible that is just depends on the lighting conditions of the scene and for some reason the way Justice League was filmed made the fact that it was fake muscles way more obvious. I'm guessing that just had to do with the cinematographer working with Whedon not knowing how to properly light the suit.
this is certainly a great looking figure, those head sculpts are wonderful and the body is great. I think the only thing that bothers me is the screen printed emblem and belt. Maybe they look better in person but in the videos I've seen I just don't like the look, they look like a cheap customization on a great figure.

I don"t know why the makers of head sculpts don't trim away the plastic going from the jaw line up to the ear and around to the back hair line. The side views would look so much better.

I have the Hot Toys Justice League Superman, which has the chrome body. And I was wondering if InArt was going to do the same thing. It's really the only way to achieve the muscular effect, without looking fake. My biggest issue with the Hot Toys versions... Body type is too muscular! I don't know why HT did that.
Do you mean this figure vs the Hot Toys Christopher Reeve Evil Superman? If so, that's a tough one. If you're basing your decision on which is the better figure, then this wins comfortably. But if Christopher is your favourite Superman then I'd go with the Hot Toys offering. The Inart figure has a much better likeness and looks a lot more realistic. If I could get a Christopher Reeve Superman figure at this standard, I would choose that every time because Christopher is, and will always be, my definitive and favourite Superman.
Pop Collectibles have mostly good reviews, if they have something in stock and they're keeping track you should have no issues which is most people. Just be careful because they do ignore emails, and don't usually care if you have any issues; kind of like InArt, they treat influencers much different than the rest of us lol.
I do want a Henry Cavill Superman in the Red and Blue and not the Black/Silverish version. I don't know if it is the lighting or what but there just something that doesn't seem right about the face and the suit thiness I am not ok with.

I am gonna pass on this and have fingers crossed for hot toy Superman 2.0. Suit is disappointing and head sculpt isn’t like the pre production pictures I mean it’s better than current hot toy one but It’s not perfect. I feel like hot toys will surprise people out of nowhere with 2.0

Take a hobby knife and scrape inside the hand holes to enlarge them.
