    Hi, I have a doubt for anyone with the knowledge to answer it. In case of thinking of a Commercial small coffee module to serve coffee to transit customers; may this machine could still be suitable ? Like semi industrial use ? Thanks

      Not designed for that type of use. Look at the Jura X8

    my Husband ordered a Miele 6350 as a christmas gift. however it appears that model may be discontinued/ upgraded with the Miele 6360. However, I’m very intrigued by the Philips 5400. In your opinion which is better the better option ( i’ve watched your Philips 5400 videos also, and you like it also ) I’m torn.. which do you prefer between the two, and why?
    Update: The verdict- I received my Miele 6350 and love it! I was concerned, that I wasn’t getting the newer model (6360) - but now I know I really don’t need the wifi, and the other minor updates. After set-up which is not hard at all, I’ve produced some awesome drinks!!! They are hot and tasty, and you can adjust them for your taste and preference 🙌🏻

      Just went through this myself…ended up going with the miele 6360. Taste subjective..i thought both were decent to very good..just liked the build of the 6360, also being near seattle..i can get it fixed easier if needed..Things i dont like messy cleanup with sputtering water (not too bad), water\bean lack of sensor to determine if there is enough to start the drink, learning curve is a little bit harder with their buttons (ok button and then select check mark to select ok). App was a little hard to setup for iphone(using wps )..kept in disconnecting…but finally started working.things i liked foam, wow..it definitely was great. Temperature of foam was decent (semi is warmer). Heating top was a plus for cups, ease of cleaning, consistency of grind was good, ..i domt think either one you could go wrong, but we are sold on the miele

    I hope you tell us after taking Miele home with you which one you prefer this or the Jura? and why?
    I have a Jura for almost 6 years now and my only complaint is that the milk is too cold, and not as foamy rich as it used to be when it was new, but other than that it was the only one that lasts more than 2 years and still going.

    • @ecscoffeeinc
      @ecscoffeeinc  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We prefer the Jura honestly..but we don't drink milk based drinks, mostly coffee. Miele has a new one coming out this fall...actually a webinar today about it. I think milk temp is always an issue with Superautomatics to be honest.

    I had a Miele 5310 for about 8 years! The coffee that this machine makes is wonderful!! Last week the brew unit failed … we looked to replace it and couldn’t find it anywhere! For as great as this machine is, I have to say customer service is totally inadequate!! After many back and forth calls we decided that the cost of repair is not worth it and went ahead and ordered last model! I am looking forward to getting this new

      I have a CM5200. Miele has a flat rate for repair. 300.00. My brew unit failed. Called Miele and they set up a ticket. CoreSource is the repair place. They sent a special box…. You drain and wap the machine and put in the box - label included. They fix “ everything”. I had a failed motor and they also replaced the ground coffee door flap. Then shipped back. Have had this machine since 2012. Only 1 repair. Parts are easy to get as needed. Notsure why you had bad service but their one price repair is worth it. Includes all the shipping and warranty on the repair

    • @ecscoffeeinc
      @ecscoffeeinc  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Agnes, your Starbucks Grande Latte has espresso in it so you actually have tried it everytime you order! Miele or Jura would be the best bet for an easy way to make something similar. Some people feel that Superautomatics like Miele do not make the coffee or milk hot enough. So if that is a concern you want to go manual (which takes some work) so have a look at the Breville Oracle as a nice Hybrid. But for me, Miele is great.

      Hello bertrandis, I can’t compare to a new updated Saeco but I can make a good espresso with a nice crema and my wife and son loves the cappuccino. It’s very good and it’s so simple to make. The build quality is very good. Ceaning the machine is super simple and you will be cleaning this machine quite often because it prompts you to do it after making a few drinks. I think you will be impressed and I would go for it because you can’t beat it for the money.
      Note: I leave my machine on all day because It’s winter in NY and It helps maintain the machine hot for the drinks. I also pre heat my cups as well. I hope this helps!

    I’ve got one and it’s broke 3 times. I sent back to Miele to repair twice and it’s just broken again. (Around 2 years old)...It is good when it works. It is bossy though, for example it won’t let you make coffee when it’s says descale/degrease the unit you have to run the full cycle before able to make coffee. For some reason mine would say clean milk pipe work a lot despite it being cleaned. Changing to a different brand, Miele unfortunately had poor customer service for this machine in the uk.
