The amount of times they complained about how unhealthy all the stuff is.All these kids watching are probably thinking everything is unhealthy.
I know !! Like they said “oh this is going to be a healthy day for us” it’s just unrealistic and will influence her younger audience to have things like eating

I think the food they bought is quite unhealthy, and I think kids know it as well, as they study at school. When you take care of yourself and you are used to consume healthy food, eating one entire day with food that is not very nutritious is not the best. But I didn't get the negative vib that people notice, they said many things were delicious so I am looking forward to try some of the food.

One day of eating a little more indulgent foods won’t do any harm. They had to say when anything was unhealthy and it’s triggering for people with unhealthy relationships with food including myself.
i’m so glad this comment section has common sense! i have been thinking the same thing for ages and i had to unsubscribe to help my recovery, i love saff but it’s a shame her and her mum can’t have a good relationship with food or even just promote a good relationship with food

I’m not a person who hates but I do like to voice an opinion when I feel it’s needed. I don’t understand why every bite she took she had to mention how fat it tasted, just enjoy the food? It Can be very frustrating towards people who do struggle with ED. The whole point of that type of food is because it is fatty, everyone knows that you don’t have to state it in every sentence.
Both of them seem to have such a negative relationship towards food and exercise. It’s so sad :(
I've worked in places with those Costa machines if it comes out like that it means they haven't topped up the chocolate powder so it's just milk and syrup :)
The machine has run out of the chocolate powder. If you went back in they would have sorted it out for you and given you another drink. Also you have to ask staff for the sauce due to covid and everyone not allowed to help themselves. Can tell she's not used to eating and drinking like normal people 😂😂
How would you know that though? There’s clearly no sign saying that & how would you know it’s wrong if you’ve never tried the drink before???

That’s usually how it is when people start making a lot of money. They turn into a different person. Honestly I barely watch her videos now because of her attitude. It’s like she’s too good to eat at a gas station and no one wears a full face of makeup with expensive sunglasses to a gas station not even a-list celebrities do that. Not that I’ve seen anyways. She should most definitely go back to her roots.
To be fair she did say at the start of the video she wasn’t planning on it, so she’s just dressed how she would normally
I’m not saying this in hateful way and I don’t mean to be rude at all but you need to be more careful when talking about healthy/unhealthy foods and how this wasnt a healthy day. As someone with multiple Ed I find it quite triggering and makes me feel guilty about what I’ve eaten as to be honest it really wasn’t that bad at all especially with you having a younger audience. Please just be careful with what you say as I know I won’t be the only one ❤️❤️
I feel totally the same way and sometimes it can put me off/ make me not enjoy a video because of how much they both label foods good and bad and how bad they are for you which can be triggering xx

oh yeah I totally agree, this video was hard to watch... especially cause I'm in lockdown at the moment in Sydney, been in lockdown for over 2 months now and my ed has slowly been getting worse and this video definitely triggered me

Both Saffron and Wendy's attitude towards food is really unhealthy. Calling everything 'unhealthy' or a 'guilty pleasure' is really triggering. Just eat what you want to eat, it's food. You don't have to feel guilty for eating something with fat or sugar in it.
For someone with a very young and impressionable audience, they should really be more careful.
totally agree, as someone with an ed i don't find those comments helpful.

@Charlotte & Kalid people with eating disorders watch videos of people eating to make them feel less hungry and is common among many . Thank you for your advice but nothing about Ed’s are logical
@Charlotte & Kalid You cant' avoid it with this pair, if they're not talking about their step count or work out they're talking about food in a very negative way. In this video Saffron eats 3 meals and one snack and at the end talks about how she cannot believe she ate so much. It's disgusting. I don't struggle with an ED personally, but her young fans are very impressionable and follow everything she does so can easily be misled into thinking her eating and exercise habits are normal, when they're absolutely not.
As someone with a large audience of mostly young girls, I'm just saying she should really be more careful.

eat whatever you feel like please don’t feel guilty, I love her channel but the negative attitude towards food needs to be dialled down, especially with such a young vulnerable audience. enjoy every food as part of a balanced diet, she’s spreading the wrong message x

There’s no such thing an “unhealthy” food, they all have different nutritional profiles which have benefits and drawbacks depending on the context.
Everything has its place in a healthy diet in moderation. No food is explicitly “bad” for you (unless it’s expired or you’re allergic), no food is unhealthier than an unhealthy relationship with food. Enjoy your life, it’s too short.

Please Saffron don’t take offence. I mean this as a critique, but constantly highlighting food as unhealthy is slightly problematic . This may be triggering to some of your viewers and just to be mindful of this. It’s okay to eat this food in moderation and of course eating this type of food on regular basis may not be realistic, I understand it’s a challenge and I’m sure it’s fun but please be careful 😄

As an influencer I think how you word things are important. There will be younger viewers who may act upon this view with food. It can cause eating disorders. As someone who had anorexia before as a child into teen years, this can be triggering for those who may be at risk of developing an ed

I love saf , but the way you have such a negative attitude towards food is so disappointing. The foods you are eating are part of a balanced diet and you saying how “ unhealthy “ it is , every time you eat it is promoting such a restrictive and strict diet. Your audience is young girls and your attitude in this video could cause serious damage to girls and boys. Tempted to unfollow tbh
The food they did eat was unhealthy though? its not negative its the truth yeah mabye shes come across it wrong on here , but to them both they may eat veggies everyday and keep to eating healthy so to them this day they did eat unhealthy, i dont see the problem?
@@tlordxx catergorising certain foods as unhealthy and healthy leads to a bad relationship with food and potentially eating disorders , especially with a young and easily influenced audience such as hers. If this thinking is reflected on children , they will grow up fearing food groups (like people with Ed’s do) and that’s not a healthy way to live ..
