I have been lucky enough to eat here. To say it was a life-changing experience would not nearly be enough. It was one of the top experiences I've ever had on planet earth. I had so much gratitude to express to the chef and his team, but I didn't have the words to do so
Never seen so much fine scoring cuts on fish. I imagine that makes them less chewy and gives whatever sauce is brushed on, a chance to seep in. Amazing variety over a lot of individual bites. 😋
THIS PLACE LOOKS AMAZING. DEFINITELY THE PLACE I WOULD GO IF I WAS GOING TO SPEND 200 DOLLARS.. I LOVE THE WAY THEY SLICE THE PIECES AND EVERYTHING LOOKS AWESOME..
Enjoying another of your videos from a favorite destination. Looking forward to more of your thoughtful, thorough, and informative videos. P.S. The translation for the Nodoguro (Blackthroat Perch) was not translated from the one for the previous dish.
@@jennyfoodtravels Do they both serve the same amount food? Saw that Hakkoku is slighty more expensive? We have a reservation for Sushi Udatsu! Are those two comparable to Udatsu? thank you!!!
Their pricings are very similar; however Hakkoku is a set omakase while Sushisho Masa keeps going until you say stop (so if you can eat a lot, Masa definitely serves more food). Lucky you! I haven't been to Sushi Udatsu, so I couldn't compare them. Hope you enjoy your time there!

eating until it hurts is the way to go :)
Until you make your money back 👌🏻
Yet another wonderful video. Wish I can go there. Will have to put it on the list
Thank you so much! Hope you can visit one day!
Thanks Jenny. Looks enticing 😅 I don’t know how I am going to squeeze in so many restaurants in one trip 😂
You can do it! So many solid choices in Japan! 😊
Just booked this and going to visit in Feb. Thanks for the video and it looks great!
Thank you! Eat lots!
So how was it? :)
máy bạn dùng là gì ạ, nhìn đẹp quá
Génial.
Hi Jenny! Did you like Sushiso Masa or Hakkoku better? We are going this April and can't decide! TIA!
I would recommend Hakkoku for nigiri and Sushisho Masa for unique seafood bites that goes well with alcohol

I HEARD THEM TALK ABOUT FUGU.. IM SURPRISED IVE NEVER SEEN FUGU IN ONE OF THESE VIDEOS..
So far, I've only been served fugu at kaiseki/specialty restaurants and not at sushiyas
and youre not even bragging that youre still alive... @@jennyfoodtravels
...its not all you can eat obviously please dont be misleading in try to desperately get views....
It is all you can eat, since you're being served until you tell the chef to stop. It's not buffet style ayce, but it is all you can eat
Know your facts before you comment such rude things
