Matcha is powdered tea leaves, mostly fiber. So you can not expect it to be “dissolved “. Just mix it really well. If you get some dissolvable macha, throw it out, that is fake
I’ve seen matcha labelled as “culinary” in the market but have not tried it so I wonder if those incorporates or suspends better (since technically matcha does not dissolve). Will try whipping (or mixing really well) next time to avoid the big specks of clumped matcha. Thanks!

보통 무스케익 치즈케익등 만드실 때 중간에 섞는 50%휘핑한 생크림은 무가당인가요??가당인가요??가당이라면 설탕과 생크림 비율이 어떻게 되나요??
반죽에 설탕을 넣기 때문에 50% 정도 휘핑한 생크림은 무가당 생크림을 사용해 설탕을 넣지 않고 만들어 사용하고 있어요~~
바닥이 이미 만들어진 시트인데 또한번 구워도 타지 않는건가요???
