Alamat is a multilingual group, they sing in different Filipino languages. Their advocacy is to promote Filipino Culture to the world. They incorporate different Filipino languages in their songs, they put traditional dances in their choreo, they use traditional instruments in their music and they use Philippines textile in their costumes. Alamat is a one of a kind Ppop group 😊
I'm definitely going to be checking out more of their music! I love how they incorporate different aspects of Filipino culture :D

@@ReactsbyDany naa pa gyud😅 kay in my opinion lang noh halos tanan nilang kanta kay nindot. Lain2 ang genre and naay nakatagong meaning every MV. They see Magiliws as knowledgeable fans na paukayon jud sa mga meanings and tudluan sad sa mga history, culture and present culture.
Their debut song -Kbye , will always have a different feels for me kay mao may una nahong nakit-ang kanta nila and sila sad nag suwat sa kanta with multiple languages. Then Kasmala, especially the MV literally brought me to tears, like after knowing the history of the Filipinos under the American colonization and not learning about it in elementary or high school just made me upset, luoy jud kaayo sila. Mas nafeel naho ang kabug-at as I watched Ms. Lydia, usa sa nireact sa twitter thread, reacted to it.🥺
