When I first saw your video, I thought you were a Filipiino youtuber, and when I heard your accent I thought maybe a Filipino-American. From what I've seen of Hispanics in the Americas, even though many are brown-complexioned (rather than white or of identifiable African descent), they don't generally look like Filipinos who look pretty distinctively Asian (although with a broad range of variation). But I think you will easily be mistaken for a Filipina if you ever come to the Philippines. Thanks for a nice reaction video, and keep reacting to Pinoy Pop! This group is arguably the second most successful (or at least most distinctive) of the current wave of Kpop-inspired idol groups in the Philippines, which have had much more intensive training and better funding than groups from the first decade. Alamat released their first EP in October 2022, some 20 months after their debut. They just announced their second album, I hope the first song will drop this month or next month. Please watch out for that, early reaction videos will help improve your reach and the reach of Alamat!

SB19 paved the way for PPOP in the international scene as they are the first Filipino and South East Asian act to be nominated in the Billboard. SB19 called the global sensation. and SB19 dropped their Pagtatag trailer and their upcoming world tour, hope you could see them 😊

You could check their rendition of Porque. You'll hear more spanish sounding terms because they used the Chavacano language w/c is a Philippine language akin to Spanish. Their song Gayuma, Sa Panaginip na lang ILY ILY are some of my favorites though ^_^
