One advice - don't start eating street food just out of the bag. Eat normal, non Spicy food for first few days then start eating anything you want. This is because, every place has different gut enzymes and sudden change could disrupt the stomach, this is very normal, you just have to be informed.
After Japan, India is the next cleanest country. No dirt, no garbage in the streets. People are polite and you can't hear any horns. So peaceful and even smell good.😊
