First of all thank you for the very informative video! My P-1102 spit an Error 50.00 exactly 10 years after I bought it (almost to the day). Rarely used (second cartridge still has plenty of toner inside). After seeing your video I am thinking of opening it up and cleaning it. Maybe even change the fuser sleeve. Do you have a part number for the sleeve? Can a relatively bad ventilation be the reason for the fuser error? My printer sits inside a Kallax square (approx. 33 x 33 x 33cm cube, with some 3-5 cm of space to the wall behind it).
THere is no part number of the fuser sleeve, HP only sells the fuser unit. The printer generate heat so the bad ventilation could be a cause of defects
@@viandant5 Then do you have a P/N for the fuser? I couldn't find the definitive answer for that, but I feel buying the user doesn't make much financial sense compared to buying a new printer.
Thanks a lot!

Is it normal that you need quite a bit of force to manually roll (with the white wheel) the upper roller? Or should it turn quite smoothly? Thanks!
Once you remove the fuser unit from the printer it should move freely without too much force

I had a ligkning strike and now the led lights do not come on. I replaced the fuse - it starts up with mechanical noise but no led's. Any idea?
Probably you have to change the whole power supply
thank you
I have 1005 printer
5-10, 20-30 pages print and after it show error paper in jam
Say sir how to solve this problem
Try to clean the rubber pick up roller. Where does the paper jam?
In fuser unit
@@BabluKumar-ny3hz Check the fuser picker fingers, are they dirty? check the springs of the fingers, check if the fuser is worn
