CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR COMPLETED CHASSIS!!!!! SHE CAME OUT FINE!!!! NOW I SEE WHY YOU TOOK THE TRUCK COMPLETELY APART!!!! TO RE-ASSAMBLE WITH BRAND-NEW PARTS AND PAINT THE FRAME!!!!! THAT IS THE WAY TO BUILD ANY HOT ROD PROJECT!!!! GREAT VIDEO AND EDUCATION. THANKS FOR SHARING!!!!
Every good build needs a good base to sit on...I'm getting close to final assembly on my chassis...can't wait to see mine done & ready for everything to start getting bolted on...awesome looking roller...way different from when it got snatched out of that snowbank...
Finished my '69 about 5 yrs ago. Hurricane Ian swamped it under 5 ft of water. My wife doesn't get why that's a good thing. I get to completely rebuild it, with better fit and finish, and a wicked motor instead of the tired old small block.
I decided to get tubular arms for my C10 after having the same thing. It took a torch and air hammer to take apart one control arm over 4 hours and we said nah. Ordered the tubular arms and had the truck back on the road the next weekend no regrets, other than maybe doing a coilover conversion form the get go.
Did you guys use a certain hardware kit when you refreshed all the bolts? If so do you thank you can let me know or share a link where I can buy the hardware kit?

Beautiful job so far but I've got a question. Why upgrade to coilovers in the back and not the front? Is there a reason for that decision?
👍🏻👏😀
I just bought a 1968 c20. Can I add the aftermarket a arms ect to this c20?
