The layout of this boat is great. Suitable for colder waters. Boat is very clean looking. It could use some upgrades. Min 400W in solar to ensure less noise from the generator. And maybe some lightweight summer biminis on deck.
That is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, if my brain had a baby in the form of my dream sailboat this would be it. Except instead of the 50s diner styling mine would look like a modernized log cabin inside SOOOOOOOO awesome
built 1970 is an insurance that the fiber glass construction is built like a tank. Modern fiberglass boats sound hollow taps. I'd picked an old school fiberglass hull any day. Priced like a house, can't put a price on freedom. New owners hopefully upgrade to Vitron solar generator and lithium batteries
this motor sail is my second pick for solo sail with the bow thruster. The Neil 50 footer is my first choice with the wide openness the outdoor living space. Cheers from Sf bay
Why would you ever build a custom yacht with the Detroit diesel? when there are so much better out there today, I’m thinking this vessel is not so young
Worrying like that you'll never leave the dock anyways. We sailed 15,000 miles on a 1985 Catalina 36 over 6 years. What's a watertight bulkhead door? 😅
There are many times when you find vessels of this size priced between 400-600k and they hardly seem worth more then 200. That is not the case here, although you might ask for more square footage of living space the layout beauty and incredible individuality of this vessel more than make up for that.
It's a quirky design. It's really nice inside for marina life but not very practical for long distance cruising. It's like it was designed by a Sciolist dock sailor. Very well done on the refit.
Unique boat.. but did I see a shower? And I’m not sure my wife would appreciate the limited seating in the wheelhouse. (Isn’t great to criticize from the comfort of my armchair.. having owned nothing bigger than soling?)
The cleanest used boat I have ever seen. The biggest odd thing...all that custom one off work...and, they go with curtains to hide the washing machine. At a half million dollars, I am not sure curtains will cut it. The rest of it, while extremely odd...is at least very clean and appears well crafted. This feels like a dock condo more than an actual sailing boat. I wonder how long this will take to sell. I guess I would not be shocked to find someone picked it up quickly, or to find that folks would rather go with a more traditional layout and it sits forever.
Beautiful vessel! I like the layout. I can't seem to find it for sale on any other platform and there's no way on God's green earth I'm going to email someone who is too scared to put a price 🤷
The NW and the NE part of the USA, the people up there remind me of Ted Knight in Caddyshack. He's got a 20ft sailboat, drinking Champagne on his sailboat, wearing his blazer, and his Captain hat, when Rodney Dangerfield, aka REALITY, comes motoring by in his 60ft motor yacht. hehehehehehehehehe The Boomers up in those areas think a boat has house value. No...your house has land...
$650k has a lot of options to choose from. This is a 1970 refitted boat, but you can get also brand new boats for that price. Guess it is a question of personal taste how to invest your money.
I looked through the whole pdf sheet on this boat and did not see the year built. Also did not see the number of hours on the engine. I actually like the looks of this boat. But think $150k is a more reasonable asking price.

This IS TRULY A OUTSTANDING VESSEL!!
This vessel is absolutely unique.
i’m at the 2:06 minute, and this is already one of the most beautiful boats i’ve ever seen
It’s not often you see a Mossberg 500 in stainless steel on display. Well done!
Welcome to the republican part of Oregon ;-)
The Mossberg Mariner was pretty popular back in the day.
@@escapetarkov3838 you’re doing it right

@@escapetarkov3838Anywhere outside of Multnomah or Lane counties is “the Republican part of Oregon.” 😂
It was nice of Ron Swanson to let you tour his boat.
Beautiful yacht. Looks very comfortable.
That is a sweet boat. Just beautiful inside and out
I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder
Kind of like living inside a very clean and polished work shop....
This is a stunningly beautiful boat.

What a beauty. I think it just needs a settee and table.
Must have sold quick. The .pdf isnt available anymore. Beast of a vessel. Especially the Mary Ann and Ginger's. Love it.
Hasn't sold yet. I fixed the link to the PDF if you want to try it again. Thanks

I saw this boat in person since we bought Isara here. Interesting boat! It does indeed look strong
Thats so sadly way beyond my price range. Beautiful.
How do you enjoy or entertain in the outdoors? Sit on the foredeck in the wind and rain? It's like livivng on a submarine

If I get there to Lake Ontario, I would buy it
I love the layout of this boat. Who designed the interior?
What a beautiful boat..
Beautiful

Is there a price somewhere in the 60 page pdf?
650.000 is in Video description.
Super Super clean 👌
True Millennium Falcon vibes…
Not one water tight door in the whole boat. People think accidents don't happen ?

Just fantastic.
I wonder how much radar costs. Very pretty party boat.

Wow!
It’s a very unusual vessel, and not particularly attractive. However, she is impeccably maintained, thats clear to see.
Does is come with the dock??
This boat is so beautiful it made me cry. 😂 how much is this boat?
Does this vessel have air conditioning for the summer months?

I like the dance pole
That’s a beautiful RESTOMOD.
Not sure how all that custom work will hold up on the high seas though.
dream boat!
Is the shotgun included in the price?
Sold?
Didn't notice the build date
Why is the radar on while in dock? Thats healthy for people near by...
Not David , Davit .
Price is in the description.
If you notice that the stern is designed as a sailing vessel not a motor Sailer
No draft, tankage, or headroom info. Had to look hard for some of it. Must draw 30 feet. Nice boat, maybe.

In today’s market it’s overpriced. It’s probably worth somewhere around 400,000. Motors are very, very difficult to sell or resell.
Looks like star trek interior
Holy
