- I decided to visit PHI PHI Islands and Maya Bay. This has got to be one of the Most Beautiful Beaches In The World and YOU MUST VISIT at least once. We took the ferry from krabi and spend a night on Koh Phi Phi Islands which is a good option if you want to skip the longer day tour from Krabi!

The best time to visit Andaman islands in Thailand is from Nov-April. I recommend visiting islands in Gulf of Thailand ie Koh Samui instead 😎
Yes we were supposed to go to Krabi then visit the islands in February but we kept putting it off. We definitely wish we would’ve went sooner but it was just still such an amazing experience

many years ago Maya Bay has not been closed to restore the natural surroundings. There are so many tourists there that there is almost no space for private activities.
The good thing is that governments and private sectors can make a lot of money from this place.
But it was redeemed by the damage of nature.
I'm glad you visited Maya Bay during a busy time.
allowing you to experience the white sand But unfortunately you go during the monsoon season. Be careful of the dangers of waves and seasickness.

Came to the US in 1981 as a refugees with my parents , work all my life and ready to retire soon

My budget is 3 to 4 grand a month and want to travel everywhere in Asia, except for China ! He he
But yeah I want to do early retirement, and eventually old enough to collect Social security and live out my golden years there ,
As it is too expensive here in the states, I’ll be struggling here with that budget :(
Hopefully will see ya there in the future .
Some of my friends are planning to do the same ,
We will live our lives like the golden girls !!
