This game let's you build relationships and tears them away instantly lol. I helped a player through island, even gave him some of my own gear, and the last thing I heard was "Noooo!" as I look back to him slipping off the top of a ladder. RIP random Tabor comrade.
I got the game, I went in with a Glock and got a headshot from far away and stole everything and then extracted with a galil and AK. Thanks for inspiring me to get this!
Just a friendly FYI mic still has a bug that even if you are "muted" other players will still hear you. Also another tip is almost all armor completely blocks non AP 9mm which is what you were using against the Boss so you were essentially doing no damage unless you hit him in a spot with no armor (his mickey helmet is full armor).
@AwakenToast I just found a BRILLIANT bug, but first, let me paint a picture... You are doing a silo run, and you've been going around and doing your thing, only to check your backpack and realise you have no loot! Which suck, obviously, considering the effort you put in to kill all of those players and Scavs with SKS' and M4's... IF ONLY THERE WERE A WAY TO CARRY AT LEAST 10 WEAPONS OUT WITH YOU! That's right! With the starting backpack, you can store weapons on the shoulder slings, and I've managed to jam a good 4 weapons onto each shoulder with proof to back it up (although I'm not sure how to send that evidence so you just have to take me at my word). I'm all for reporting bugs, but can we keep this one a secret, pwease?😢
Also until a patch comes in don’t try putting night vision in backpacks 1 it falls straight out 2 I believe it’s leading to backpacks glitching/breaking/flying off to the moon/ or completely disappearing. From my own testing and watching people stream I’ve concluded

Game has definitely improved with the patch but a few things need addressing that are seriously compromising my experience. A small but personal issue is the increase in the rep needed for a trader level up and the quest reworks- whilst they are enjoyable, as a student, I can't dedicate enough time to get my traders leveled up and it fells stressful and monotonous. A big issue for a hoarder like me is the fact that my second armoury won't properly display the guns I place on them, and they will phase through the wall; as well as the fact that there is a returning issue of armour that's any teir above the vest B despairs if you don't put it inside the trading terminal. Night vision can no longer be placed into backpacks, a small but annoying factor considering they sell for a considerable ammount early game. I know about the found in raid system that applies to the quests that require you to hand in things, but for the 'collect each type of armour' quest you can't turn them in, which socks considering it's almost 10k marek rep (everything else turns in fine). Also, for no reason in particular, I think it's important to note that silo has a huge problem to do with its players, who run in with literally nothing- to beg and plead for you to spare them, only to betray you when they grab a gun. There is a whole new incentive to killing non-partied players, ontop of the fact that the specter quests that award the most xp require player kills. (Just a personal rant about all of the people that beg for me not to kill them when it is because of thier own unpreparedness).
Love pushing and clearing silo first, then loot second. The whole Time I'm in my kill phase I will not (unless it a med) pull my pack out. I'm moving, clearing, and sweeping. It keeps me primed and my mind only on fighting at any corner. and once I've dealt with 4 or 5 players. Then I loot. and its the greatest feeling. Edit: Ey yo I spare no one when I'm clearing out silo, that kid would've got blasted lol. I had killed 4 players one time and thought the last guy might exfil, so I lowered my guard and started the loot phase. next thing I hear as I'm looting the desk and its drawers from behind me "I'm friendly ongod ongod I'm friendly, I whipped around so fast and domed him. last player. no mercy. that would've been the same situation. I would've turned and blasted him saying "one down 4 to go"

I've had plenty of confusing deaths like the one in your first run. Players won't appear to be firing, or their bodies will appear to be facing another direction, and then I'll just... die. TTK also seems to vary wildly, with some players (even kitted ones) dying in a few torso shots while others seem to be able to withstand magdumps at close range. Pretty sure there's some nasty netcode issues going on under the hood.
Nice raid and Boss attempt. Pretty close! Gotta aim for the head, since he has the Tier-5 armor. Also, try AP rounds and a rifle. Loving the content. Keep up the good work. ~^.^~
Can a sks have any sights? If so what do I need to put the sights on? Just downloaded last week been playing and I love the sks but I hate that I can’t put a kobra on it or anything.
It was a desync trade. Had a fair few of those myself, they suck. Was fighting Silo Boss earlier too, got a glitch where I couldn't pull my backpack, so I couldn't med or grab extra mags, this game is kinda buggy as heck, but still very fun
love this game big tarkov man myself, only problem are the bugs like the backpack disappearing after a raid. hope when they wire the bugs out they make a story line for the quest
I see what you are saying. But think, Raids would kinda suck if you had to load up all your mags before hand. That's ALOT of work! LOL. Personally, Im sooo glad they come loaded.

Yeah so I have shitty internet and yeah that happens so the lag between players seem to effect this game more than some others but I'm always laggy im barely running on 10mb and I notice a full second of lag between me shooting a ai in the head and them dropping .. I've shot them in the head they turned and got a shot at me before dropping.. it happens a good bit 😂😅

Best way I’ve found is to go in to raid naked so if you die nothing gets lost but just yell at people that you are friendly and tell them your name ask thier name. After mission go to main screen and hit contacts add contacts and wait for them to accept

That was the most expensive night vision in the game. Compare all 3 side by side and it’s a huge difference

Replayed the first death in slowmo and yeah he didn't seem to react, there was no indication of him shooting or aiming, not sure on why you died.

mannequins may not be saving armor atm, but the first wall and the shelves should work! Seems the back room is just bugged atm
